Yummy! You will be hungry just by the smell of those stuffed potatoes coming out of the oven. It’s a more sophisticated way to eat flowing cheese with potatoes, but above all you’ll enjoy it! You may also like the cromesquis with mashed potatoes and goat cheese. We also suggest you the salmon-cheese-potato stuffing or with beautiful pink shrimps.
Step 1 Serve with a pan-fried vegetable or mixed salad.
Preheat the furnace to 180°C.
Heat the potatoes in a pot of water until they melt.
In an oiled frying pan, brown your bacon slices and the finely diced bell pepper.
Cut off the tops of the potatoes horizontally. Remove a little of the flesh.
Mix the flesh with the Greek cheese, diced bell pepper and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the potatoes with this mixture.
Cover with bacon and cheddar cheese. Bake for ten minutes.
Serve with a pan-fried vegetable or mixed salad.
