To make this recipe, follow the steps below:
1. Melt 500 g of white chocolate in a bain-marie. 2. Pour the melted chocolate into a savarin mould and rotate until the chocolate covers the entire mould with a thick layer – use a spoon to cover the center of the mould if necessary. Place in the refrigerator until completely hardened. 3. Using an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, cream and sugar. Divide the cream in 3. 4. To make the first layer of the cake, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Pour the melted chocolate over the first third of the cream and mix with the maryse. Pour this preparation in the mould, on the white chocolate shell and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 5. Repeat the steps with the layer of milk chocolate and the second third of cream and the layer of white chocolate and the last third of cream, leaving them in the refrigerator for 1 hour between each layer. 6. Place the oreos and melted butter in a food processor and blend to a sandy texture. Place this preparation on the cake to form the base and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
