Of course, you know these creamy sweets straight from Italy. This graphic dessert with a strong chocolate flavor is a real eye-catcher and will delight lovers of cocoa flavors. Dark, white, milk, there’s something for everyone! The advantage of chocolate is that you can eat it all year round. The steps are very easy to prepare but require a bit of rest time.
1. In a double boiler, start by melting 20cl of liquid cream with the dark chocolate. Then place this mixture in your verrines. Reserve in the refrigerator for half an hour. 2. Then melt the milk chocolate in a bain marie. Beat the 20cl of liquid cream to make whipped cream. Mix them together. 3. Let this preparation cool down, then pour it delicately into the verrines over the dark chocolate. Set aside again in the fridge for 30 minutes. 4. Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie. Beat the remaining 20cl of liquid cream as before. Mix together, then leave to cool. 5. Put this last layer in your glasses. Keep in a cool place this time for 2 hours before serving. 6. To decorate, place chocolate squares and mint leaves.
